What is pink? har trænet sundhedspersonalet på Kolding Sygehus (neonatalafdelingen) i at føre samtaler på en mere empatisk måde. Træningen var grundlag for en videnskabelig undersøgelse af hvordan træning i coaching ville påvirke patienttilfredshed og udfaldet af behandlingen. Resultatet var positivt, og af konklusionen fremgår det at: Coaching can improve nurses’ self-efficacy in relation to meet the needs of the mothers and fathers.
